8 Days Tour in Morocco Tour Plan:

Day 1 : Explore Casablanca City

8 Days Morocco Tour from Casablanca will start with a pick-up from the Airport or your accommodation in Casablanca. Then we’ll visit Hassan 2 mosque, The mosque is located on a promontory overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and it is one of the largest functioning mosques in Africa. After that, we’ll visit the Moroccan Mall shopping center. And then take a stroll along the city’s Cornish. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 2 : Transfer to Chefchaouen via Rabat (5 Hours Drive)

On 2nd day, we’ll drive to the capital city of Morocco (Rabat), where we visit Hassan Tower and the Royal Palace and then discover the beautiful Oudaya Garden & Kasbah.

After Lunch, we’ll continue our tour to the Blue City of Chefchaouen. The city is famous for its buildings and alleyways in shades of blue. Spend the night at a local hotel.

Day 3 : Transfer to Fes (4 Hours Drive)

Today, We’ll leave Chefchaouen and head to the famous Roman ruins of Volubilis (Walili). Volubilis is the most attractive site in the region as it is recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. After strolling in the ruins, we continue to Meknes where we visit many amazing sights including Bab el Mansour, the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, the Royal Stables, and The Jewish Quarter. Finally, we’ll drive towards Fes. Overnight stay in Riad/hotel.

Day 4 : Fes Sightseeing

We’ll spend the day discovering the highlights of the oldest imperial city (Fes) with our local guide. first, we’ll visit the Royal Palace gate, followed by the old Medina which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Your visit will include all sites with cultural and historical interest, such as the famous Al-Qaraouine University and the old Jewish quarter called Mellah.

After lunch, We’ll explore the leather factory called Chouara Tannery and then drive to an ancient fortress for a wonderful panoramic view of the whole Medina of Fes. Overnight at your hotel/riad.

Day 5 : Transfer to Merzouga Desert (8 Hours Drive)

Today we’ll continue our way to the city of Ifrane. Where we can visit the Atlas Lion statue before heading to Azrou along the largest cedar forest in Morocco (Home of Barbary macaques). A stop will be made in Midelt for lunch. Then we’ll continue through the Tizi n’Talghamt, Ziz Valley, Erfoud, toward the Merzouga Desert, where you switch to camels and take a ride through the sandy desert. Along the way, you will witness a magnificent sunset on top of the dunes.

Upon arrival at the desert camp, you will enjoy Berber drums music while dancing under the open sky full of stars. Dinner and overnight in the camp.

Day 6 : Merzouga Sahara to Boumalne Dades (4 Hours Drive)

Wake up early morning to catch the magical sunrise in the middle of the Sahara desert. After breakfast, you will ride a camel back to the point where our driver will be waiting. Then we make our way to Rissani to explore its large souk and visit one of the fossil workshops in Erfoud.

After That, we’ll continue through Tinjdad palm groves to reach the Todgha Gorges. A stop will be made to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and walk along the narrow canyon floor. After lunch at the Gorges, we drive to Boumalne Dades while enjoying the incredible vistas of rock formations known as (Monkey Toes). Dinner and Overnight at a local hotel.

Day 7 : Boumalne Dades to Marrakech via Ouarzazate (6 Hours Drive)

Today, We’ll continue our Trip to Rose Valley, famous for its annual Festival of Roses. Then drive through the palm grove of Skoura to Ouarzazate where we visit a Studio and a Kasbah located in the city. After that, we’ll head to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. A fortified town recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Furthermore, the Kasbah was used as a backdrop for more than 20 films and TV series including Game of Thrones, Gladiator, The Mummy…etc.

Later, We’ll head to Marrakech through the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m). Stops will be made to enjoy panoramic views of the fascinating mountains and visit the rural Argan Oil Cooperative. Spend the night in Marrakech.

Day 7 : Transfer to Casablanca (3 Hours Drive)

After Breakfast at the hotel, we’ll transfer you to Casablanca. Then our driver will drop you off at the airport. End of your 8 Day Morocco Tour.
